The information contained on this website provides an overview of the various benefit plans and programs available to eligible PCOC employees and their families.  PCOC reserves the right to make changes to these plans and programs (including, but not limited to, the right to amend, suspend or terminate) or change employee contributions at its discretion at any time and without prior notice.

This site is intended as a user-friendly source of information about PCOC plans and programs. While we intend to update this site on a regular basis, it is possible that, at any time, information found on the site may not be current, complete or consistent with other information or communications. In addition, PCOC does not have control over the content of outside sites linked through this site. Benefits information on this site may be summarized; more complete rules are contained in the governing plan documents. Differences between any benefit or policy summary contained on this site and the applicable plan document or print plan summary are not intended; however, if there are any differences, the relevant provisions of the applicable plan document will govern. In reviewing this site, keep in mind that not every plan or policy applies to every employee. In addition, a particular screen may provide only highlights of plan/policy provisions, and you may need to review additional related screens for applicable limitations, conditions, restrictions or terms affecting eligibility for, or rights to, benefits or coverages.

PCOC reserves the right to interpret the provisions of its programs and policies, and such interpretations will be final and binding. Unless an employee has entered into an express written agreement signed by an authorized representative, each employee of PCOC is an “at-will” employee. Just as any at-will employee may terminate his/her employment at any time and for any reason, PCOC may terminate any at-will employee at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice.
